   ### Search before asking

   - [x] I searched in the
[issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon-rust/issues) and found nothing
similar.

   ### Motivation

Most Python packages expose their version as a module attribute, and PyO3
extensions usually do the same. Examples: `pyarrow.__version__`,
`datafusion.__version__`, `polars.__version__`, `pydantic_core.__version__`,
`orjson.__version__`, `lance.__version__`. Users and downstream libraries
expect `pypaimon_rust.__version__` to work too, for bug reports, logging, and
feature checks.

   ### Solution

   _No response_

   ### Anything else?

   _No response_

   ### Willingness to contribute

   - [ ] I'm willing to submit a PR!
