### Purpose Linked issue: N/A Apply bitmap row-group pruning before predicate pushdown so statistics are evaluated only for the remaining row groups. Skip predicate conversion and evaluation when the bitmap excludes every row group. ### Tests - Added `ParquetFileBatchReaderTest.TestBitmapPruningPrecedesPredicatePushDown`, covering bitmap and predicate selection, page filtering with both trim and coalesce strategies, row IDs, metrics, and reader reset after an empty selection. - Built `paimon-parquet-format-test` in Release mode; all 233 Parquet tests passed. - Confirmed the new regression test fails against the original implementation. - Formatting, cpplint, codespell, and `git diff --check` passed for the changed files.
