### Purpose SQL currently supports only single-consumer reset/delete, leaving no batch cleanup entry point. ### Brief change log Add filename-based cleanup with full-ID Rust regex inclusion/exclusion. Preserve existing branch, REST, table-type, and checkpoint boundaries. ### Tests 116 focused tests passed (DataFusion under `TZ=UTC`). Rust 1.98 formatting and full-workspace Clippy with `fulltext,vortex` passed. ### API and Format Add `ConsumerManager::clear` and `CALL sys.clear_consumers`.
