### Purpose Finish the execution boundary cleanup after #10784. Public APIs keep their configuration and hooks while each selected backend owns its execution resources. ### Changes - Keep default Hybrid route planning, child reads and rank fusion in Python once the whole operation selects Python. Preserve subclass and instance hooks, including methods bound to another builder, and keep standalone public route/rank dispatch unchanged. - Move shard readers, writers, pending batches and lifecycle state from the public facade to the selected executor. Keep the existing shard update protocol and prepare/close semantics. - Centralize scan and LeRobot indexed-read selection in `read_dispatch`. Remove private Native mirrors from `TableScan`; the Native adapter calls its own helpers. Preserve authorization, captured snapshots and public scan hooks. - Remove unused Ray/Python index-build bridge functions and update Native planning instrumentation and affected tests. Refresh an existing writer mock to include its public configuration attributes. - Document the boundaries and add real-read/commit regressions for backend retention and hook ownership. Public method signatures remain unchanged. ### Validation - Native scan/read/write/commit, Hybrid, shard update, LeRobot and public execution boundary suite: **419 passed** using the existing Native extension, without rebuilding or installing it. - Native authorization, configured data directory and scan request regressions: **181 passed**. - Python Hybrid execution, hooks and search tasks: **60 passed**. - Ray index build, parallel Hybrid and shard update regressions: **31 passed**. - Additional Python dispatch/authorization suite: **154 passed, 4 skipped**; public imports/read/LeRobot suite: **229 passed, 9 skipped** (optional Native SDK unavailable in those Python-only runs; Native tests run separately above). - Changed-file Flake8, license headers, `git diff --check` and public method signature comparison passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
