### Purpose Fix the failures in [Native CI](https://github.com/apache/paimon/actions/runs/40066286667/job/120793383838). Guard the private Python FileScanner methods in the batch changelog tests. Patching public scanner methods registers execution hooks that intentionally select Python, causing the Native-only assertions to fail before Native planning runs. Compare fixed-bucket primary-key shard results after sorting by user_id, using the original expected rows and resolved schema. Shard coverage must preserve all rows; their combined scan order can vary between execution backends. ### Tests Validated locally with Python 3.13 and a locally built pypaimon-rust 0.5.0: - All 42 tests in native_changelog_batch_test.py passed with PYPAIMON_TEST_NATIVE_PLAN=1; 142 Native plans exercised. Native cases also forbid Python split reads. - Both fixed- and dynamic-bucket REST primary-key shard tests passed with Native planning, reading and committing enabled; 6 Native plans, 2 Native reads and 4 Native commits exercised. - Both REST primary-key shard tests passed on the Python backend. - Flake8 for both changed files, repository Python license-header check and git diff --check passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
