@alamb Sorry, this also needs to be reviewed and merged first. I had forgotten that https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/pull/11262 currently pins `parquet-testing` to `HippoBaro:flba_dict` (my fork) so the tests can pass against the fixture. Once this is merged upstream, I’ll need a follow-up PR in `arrow-rs` to update the submodule reference.
