### Rationale for this change `parquet-column` and `parquet-hadoop` declare `org.hamcrest:hamcrest-core:1.3` as a test dependency, but no test imports `org.hamcrest`. The only consumer is JUnit 4 (`junit:junit:4.13.2`, via `junit-jupiter-migrationsupport` / `junit-vintage-engine`), which already depends on `hamcrest-core:1.3` transitively. This supersedes the Dependabot bump to 3.0 in #3424, which fails CI. `hamcrest-core:3.0` is a deprecated, almost empty stub that relocates to `org.hamcrest:hamcrest`, so there is nothing worth bumping. ### What changes are included in this PR? Remove the explicit `hamcrest-core` test dependency from `parquet-column/pom.xml` and `parquet-hadoop/pom.xml`. ### Are these changes tested? Locally: the `parquet-column` tests pass (723 tests, including the JUnit 4 benchmark tests), and the `parquet-hadoop` test sources compile. `mvn dependency:tree` shows `hamcrest-core:1.3` still arriving through `junit:junit`. ### Are there any user-facing changes?
