[~xucang], seems like this phoenix.csv exists in both places and have diverging
content as you say
The website is built from
[https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/phoenix/phoenix-docs/src/docsrc/help/phoenix.csv|https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/phoenix/phoenix-docs/src/docsrc/help/phoenix.csv,]
so I think that should be the canonical version (especially since the one in
the git repository hasn't been updated since the initial commit).
Are you interested in reconciling the two files and giving us a patch for the
Phoenix website, [~xucang]?
