I've pushed to the 4.x-HBase-1.3, 1.4, and 1.5 branches, plus the 4.14
branches. The port to master was non-trivial (because of the HTableDescriptor
-> TableDescriptor/TableDescriptorBuilder changes in HBase 2.x), so I'll let
the master patch get a Jenkins run and then merge it / resolve the work item.
