Go for it [~stoty] - I think my PR https://github.com/apache/phoenix/pull/635
is a decent starting place. It has my last work on it.
I think I was at the point where just needed to basically make decisions on the
conflicting versions. Some decisions are easy but others require more
understanding of where all the different versions came from.
