Thanks for the inputs [~kozdemir]. Thanks for taking this up [~giskender]! Just
for some help debugging this issue, here are 2 recent builds for which I see
the same failures:
Latest run for PHOENIX-5981 patch:

Latest run for PHOENIX-5984 patch:

I'm also attaching the full console logs for both of these builds in case
Jenkins gets rid of them (see Jira attachments)
The OrphanViewToolIT failure also seems related to this. Perhaps this is a real
bug in the dropChildViewsTask rather than just flapping tests.
