[~stoty] I am supposed to share one-pager on breaking phoenix-core as it has
lots of Tooling components like IndexTool, IndexScrutiny, etc. This will help
keep the core jar lightweight. Since SchemaExtractionTool is new, I thought of
initiating this move with it. This will be explicitly packed in the
phoenix-server jar as far releases are concerned. Please stay tuned for
one-pager on this proposal. Thank you.
