page](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=263426153#ProjectOnboardingInstructionsforDevelocity-GitHubActions)
 says:
   
   > For GitHub Actions builds in the Apache GitHub organization, an access 
token is stored in the organizational secret `GE_ACCESS_TOKEN`.
