Thanks @adutra for doing this. This is not necessarily to this PR, but I
think the quickstart doc is bit messy now. Here is the current flow:
1. Building and Deploying Polaris
2. Connecting to Polaris
3. Deploying Polaris
4. Bootstrapping Polaris
5. Defining a Catalog
6. Connecting with Spark
I think we can reorgnize it as the following:
1. Prerequisites
2. Build and Run(with docker and without docker)
3. Connect to Polairs
1. Defining a Catalog
2. Connecting with Spark
3. Connecting with Trino
4. ...
This is not a blocker though. We can make it as another PR.
