[Docs] Deprecate Quick Start in Favor of Getting Started
Description
This PR updates the documentation by deprecating the quickstart.md guide and
directing users to the Getting Started section. The Quick Start guide is now
redundant, as the new Getting Started guide provides the latest and more
comprehensive setup instructions.
Changes Made
Marked quickstart.md as deprecated and added a notice.
Provided a clear redirection to the Getting Started guide.
