That's an interesting idea @snazy. This may just be my lack of understanding -- @jbonofre my understanding is that @snazy used a [veto](https://www.apache.org/foundation/voting.html#:~:text=Votes%20On%20Code%20Modification,approve%20of%20this%20change.%27) on a code change, as he's entitled to.
