Indeed `.gradlew run` uses `root:secret`. I think it's just a matter of modifying the docs accordingly and telling users to use `root:secret`. I agree with not printing any credentials in stdout. But imho removing the ability to start the server with preset credentials will hurt the developer experience, let's keep that option available, at least some time. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
