This document is too vague and does not actually give users any reasonable instructions on how to use cloud storage with Polaris - what is the actionable item here for the user? Additionally, some of these concepts mentioned here are not applicable to all cloud storage products. I'd instead advise you to make changes based on my PR (#1435) to each individual Quickstart Cloud Providers MD file that shows a user how they could create a catalog for each cloud storage under their respective pages.
