### Problem
When commitTransaction receives multiple changes for the same table, the
current implementation processes them sequentially. Each
change results in a separate write to
TransactionWorkspaceMetaStoreManager.pendingUpdates with the same entity ID,
causing conflicts
during the final atomic commit via
