The ASF Infra team has reviewed the release workflows and created a dedicated GPG key. That key is stored in a new secret (`POLARIS_GPG_PRIVATE_KEY`) instead of in the previously used secret (`GPG_PRIVATE_KEY`). It has no passphrase. This commit updates the workflow to use the new key.
