Thanks @jbonofre for pointing out the infra PR waiting time. Sorry for any inconvenience. It makes sense to me to wait longer. I also think it's a good idea to make it a rule like waiting for two working days or 3 calendar days, and put it in the contribution guild lines, https://polaris.apache.org/community/contributing-guidelines/. With that, a clear rule can present any ambiguity and make it easy for everyone to follow. I could help to draft a PR if you are OK with it.
