[~szetszwo] Hi, sorry for disturbing. In ozone case, ozone client will call
DataStreamOutputImpl#writeAsync many times to stream a big chunk, so only ozone
client know how many times DataStreamOutputImpl#writeAsync has been called and
when all the stream data has been replicated to all server. So should ozone
client ask the leader to create a Raft transaction ?
Besides, DataStreamClientImpl can not connect to the leader, so do we need to
use RaftClientImpl to ask the leader create a Raft transaction ?
