bq. can ozone client stream data to primary and 2 peers at the same time ?
This may be similar to "Alternate Solution: Ozone Pipelines" in the doc
RatisStreaming20200929.pdf. If we may the streaming from Ratis to Ozone, then
Ozone needs to take care described in the doc.
