[~maobaolong] , I am looking at https://github.com/apache/ratis/pull/525 .
The change is still quite big. If the changes are smaller, we can have a
faster turn around time.
Let work on RATIS-1422 for the first subtask. I will post some review comment
on the pull request #525.
