I created a simple site (with hugo) based on the template of cassandra webpage
(which is almost a plain bootstrap theme).
The current state is here: https://elek.github.io/ratis-site/
The source is here: https://github.com/elek/ratis-site/tree/ratis-site
If no objections, I will push the source to a feature branch: RATIS-5. In that
case everybody could fix/improve the proposed content. README file will be
updated soon as well.
