Update the patch to address your comments.
ALREADY_INSTALLED is for the scenario where by the time Follower receives
InstallSnapshot notification, it has already installed a snapshot and is ahead
of the first available log index from the Leader. Yes it is very similar to
SUCCESS. I added a new Result category for this to keep track.
