Actually, here's what I have in my template file:
`<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"
href="${application}.css?{build_number}">`
`${application}.css` becomes MyApp.css in debug and MyApp.min.css in
release. I have a build script which appends the build number for cache-busting.
