Description: PrivilegeOperatePersistence has a few places where it checks
for priviles matching specific set of roles. It can be optimized by using
contains() query. (was: Since now SentryStore provides a convenient
QueryBuilder, PrivilegeOperatePersistence should be able to use it.)
