SENTRY-1021 change the name of the @BeforeClass method from testSetup() to
setup() which causes the recursion problem. Should we restore it to testSetup()?
Looks like this test should be never executed, but for some reason sometimes it
does - interesting!
SInce you are fixing the test and it can run now - why keep the property at
all? We can just run the test always (unless it causes some other problems).
