Note that there is only a single instance of HMS follower, store-cleaner and
sentry-service threads.
FullUpdateInitializer isn't part of HDFS, it runs on the server, not in the
namenode and it would be good to assign its worker threads good names. The NN
plugin runs thread directly (we have a separate jira to fix that).
