[~spena] I understand that we want to use the current listener to get the owner
information. I thought we could invoke grant/revoke of owner privileges in this
listener.
It can be done in a simpler way where grant/revoke API's are not needed if we
can piggyback owner information in the existing API's and then use this owner
information in sentry server to grant and revoke privileges to owner.
