Add a new profile that allows the packaging of Sentry binaries.
Currently, Sentry binaries are packaged every time we run a build, but there
are some third-party files generated on every build that causes confusion when
creating patches.
By having this profile, we can reduce the overhead of deleting this
auto-generated file. Also, binaries are packaged only when doing a release, so
this should not affect the daily development work.
