This update no only adds e2e tests for owner privilege, it also fixes the
following issues, so those tests can be enabled and pass
* The server name of owner privilege was not set at server side
* When dropping privilege, if a privilege has no role, it is not dropped
* When dropping privilege, if it has grant option being true, it is not dropped.
* When renaming table, if its privilege has grant option being true, it is not
transferred to new table
