I had talked to Arjun offline about this issue.  It turns out the 
System.out.println's to std.out are causing this issue.  Since these are debug 
statements and the reason for choosing to go to std.out instead of a log was 
for readability for support, I've suggested that we create a new log file and 
log those messages there instead.
