Support the latest Hive release (v3.1).
This integration should be compatible with Hive 2.3 (currently supported in
Sentry 2.1). Hive 3.1 might bring API changes that could break compatibility
with the current support of Hive2. To mitigate this incompatibility, it would
be good to make use of maven profiles to choose which version of Hive to
support. If there is way to detect it at runtime, that would be desired, but we
should at least do it at compile time.
