1.consumer set versionRule to latest
2.producer version is 1.0.0
2.consumer not reboot and some instances of producer upgrade to 1.1.0
consumer pulled both instances of 1.0.0 and 1.1.0
consumer abandoned 1.1.0, retaining 1.0.0
