1. most of classess under version package are version related POJO classes
which are similar to cache, definition.
2. version package and definition packages are common POJO classess used by
both Service Center and Local registry mechanism,. (in the future, maybe other
registry mechanism). Please consider extract those commonly used
classes/packages to a dedicated package named *common*
