User may use multiple registries at the same time.
Case 1:
# user service center for normal discovery
# user local for 3rd parties discovery, add schema at local. This also provide
a more convinient way for 3rd parties invocation. We can take 3rd parties same
as java chassis microservice.
Case 2:
use two service centers for discovery. Many application deployed in
different regions, and sometimes it is nessessary to find out intstance between
them .
