Description:
After refactoring we will only have Registration and DIscovery two interface...
which means we can NOT let other component to rely on the "legacy registry
client class" to retrieve inforamtion.
In the spring-boot module, AbstractDiscoveryClient.getServices() method, there
is logic to "sr.getServiceRegistryClient().getAllMicroservices()". In the
furtuer, all the interaction with service registry module will be through
Registration/Discovery Manager ....... so we need to expose all neeed method in
the Registration/Discovery manager class
