The usage of marking rules cannot distinguish different users or user groups
from the url. For example, the system can configure different isolation silos
for logged in users. This function focuses on enhancing the configuration
function of the existing isolation warehouse. Through configuration, the
framework can create different isolation warehouses based on users, user
groups, or other scene characteristics
