Per the old issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-6537 - it talks
about "openSAML bundle with the net.shibboleth dependency in it".
I'm now getting a build error where it can't find:
net.shibboleth.utilities:java-support:8.4.2, Is that dependency in the opensaml
bundle too (or is it supposed to be in it?) or is it in a different bundle now?
