The execute() and render() method do nothing (just throwing not-supported
execption).
A "real" lifecycle would be nice.
I'll use the MyFaces IMPL of the lifecycle as the base for the MockLifecycle.
This lifecycle testing env. would allow testing of other JSF bits, like
PhaseListeners.
