shindig.BaseIfrGadget.prototype.refresh() function in shindig-container.js
fails with "document.getElementById(iframeId) is null" error for gadgets that
requires pubsub-2 feature.
Upgrading to OpenAjaxHub v 2.0.5 will fix this error.
