Add some tools over GridCoverage and GridCoverageResource:
- Band aggregate: create a multi-band resource using bands from multiple
resources
- Dimension selection: Create a resource from a source whose (some)
dimensions with a single cell have been hidden/erased
- Converted resource: apply the same logic as
GridCoverageProcessor.convert(), but on a GridCoverageResource
