Okay, so I think what I'm hearing is that you are okay with closing this issue,
and that in the future, in new tickets, we can start replacing the api calls in
the various examples from the V1 to the V2 equivalent in the Ref Guide.
I *believe* that putting the V2 equivalents front and center in the Ref Guide
will encourage the community to migrate ;).
