Yeah that's my bad. When testing the concurrent stuff, I was seeing errors that
would have been explained by the containers not being cleaned up initially. So
I assumed that the {{container_cleanup "$container_name-copier"}} was supposed
to be there, just with the wrong name. I'll go and remove them, thanks for
noticing this.
On a separate note I just noticed that none of these files have the Apache
header. That seems like something we could add at the same time.
