Cassandra Targett resolved SOLR-12264.

Resolution: Won't Fix
In today's Solr, the metrics listed in this issue are no longer available.
Other metrics related to replication are, though.
Even better, all metrics in the UI are now powered by a newer Metrics framework
with an API and several integration points for JMX, Graphite, etc. If I
understand the Ref Guide correctly, this has been the case since 7.0:
