Can you be more specific on the timeline events? If the PULL replica has a 
sufficiently long polling period (i.e. 1 hour), then it seems reasonable to me 
that a TLOG leader can shut down without the PULL follower having sync'd, but I 
am not sure that qualifies as data loss. Maybe if the PULL replica index 
somehow gets corrupted by a partial sync?
