Review comment:
Yeah I was also wondering if we can now exclude the v1 API when
importing s3mock...we shouldn't be using any codepath in it that touches a v1
AWS SDK jar, so it could possibly work? But would make future upgrades
potentially ugly since we're hacking up their jar.
