I gave the first command "SELECT manu as mfr, price as retail FROM techproducts" a try, using the SQL screen in Solr Admin, and it blew up ;-( Failed to execute sqlQuery 'SELECT manu as mfr, price as retail FROM techproducts' against JDBC connection 'jdbc:calcitesolr:'.
